Mason's do not build temples for terrorists, they build the temples for themselves. This one is over the top with all kinds of clues about their teachings (which are very good by the way). In other words, if I told you to live true, and keep an even keel, don't cheat people in life, how does teaching that make me a terrorist???

You have to go way back in time to the craft. Go back to the creation of king Solomon's temple and teachings in the old testiment. King Solomon's temple was an architectual marvel. The only ones with the skill to create a structure so large and true were Mason's. It took three levels: master engineers, foreman, and apprentices.
If you were a king, a priest, or whatever - and you wanted the biggest most bad ass building ever, then you HAD to deal with the Mason's 'cause they were the only ones that had the skills to create pyramids, castles, bridges and other bad ass structures.
Because of this many people hated them. Others loved them and wanted to learn too. So the lodge was created 'cause it was beleived these same rules can apply to people (if you start with a good, true foundation, from that will grow a great person that is true and honorable - just like a building is strong only if you start with a good foundation).
Since priests didn't want to build themselves (nor did kings) the teachings were adjusted to apply to humans. Keep in mind that free masonry is the oldest fraternal brotherhood known to man. If hitler knew you were a mason he would have you killed (now whose side are you on???).
To be a mason you had to be 1. a free man, 2 of sound mind, 3 of good repport (that means good charector honkie and pfunk), 4 believe in A god.
I would think that if these renderings truly are a part of the supreme court building, that is a nod to Mason's and to anyone that has to be there for court, a reminder of the real history, and the important part Mason's have had in shaping the world and helping people lead better and true lives.

I am not under the impression that Masons are the root of evil, there may be corrupted parts now "Bush family for one" but not all is bad. The Masons were a direct enemy of the Catholic church in the 500s and if anyone is an enemy of that orginization then they aint all bad...Fuck the church tried to have them eradicated and failed... They have also been a fundamental part of our history and development as a society....
