I received a letter today from Walter Kronkite and the DPA (Drug Policy Alliance).  You may remember Walter Kronkite from the news (anchorman CBS evening news for many years).

He wrote that he is writing to me about the war on drugs.  As a reporter he had to report the news and report the facts.  He goes on to say that he "hit the streets" to learn about the war on drugs, and found that under "draconian manditory minimum sententces" people were "sent to federal prison" for many, many years (examples provided).

We all know that but,
He goes on to rail about the "hundreds of millions of dollars" spent on ..."police weilding unprecedented powers to invade privacy, tap phones and conduct searches seemingly at random, our civil liberties are in a very precarious condition."

HELL YEAH WALTER!!!

Check it out - join the DPA.

So I been telling you that for years now and you just say that I'm paranoid or crazy. But now that some old bastard says it, it's all good? The war on drugs is nothing more than a reason to militarize the police, which is a violation of a law called the Posse Comitatus Act passed right after the civil war. It is just like the war on terrorism, a war against a shadow enemy that can never be caught or defeated.

You can't compare the war on drugs to your fantasy about masonic lodges working together with jews to take over the world and bring the wrath of satan.

Shit, I don't even believe in satan.

And you know I agree with Walter, always have.

You have to go way back in time to the craft.  Go back to the creation of king Solomon's temple and teachings in the old testiment.  King Solomon's temple was an architectual marvel.  The only ones with the skill to create a structure so large and true were Mason's.  It took three levels: master engineers, foreman, and apprentices.

When did I write (or say) that?

BTW, you don't have to be religous to know that King Solomons temple once existed.  This is widely accepted fact by scholors all over the world, not just bible thumpers.

Just admit it krakr "You can't compare the war on drugs to your fantasy about masonic lodges working together with jews to take over the world..."

P.S. Everything they do involves a boogie man, and what they do is private.  No one owes you an explanation.  You should be greatful you have a friend like me willing to explain these things at a pace you can digest.

As long as their secret signs are on my money and gov't emblems, then I have a right to know. Ever heard of the term "public office"? If most of our elected officials were part of the KKK and you didn't know what that was, wouldn't you want to know more about it? But when asked, we get told a stupid bible story and then if we ask any more, we get attacked or insulted on the sly. Why? Sounds alot like blind faith, and that stinks of religion.

How did we get on to free masons in this thread? This is supposed to be about Walter Cronkite waking up to a problem that he helped propagate. Don't we already have enough threads on the free masons?

When he was part of the mainstream media, he wasn't reporting that the got't were infringing on people's civil liberties. The drug war HAS been going on for about 30 yrs. Now i'm supposed to believe that walter didn't know anything about this when he worked @ CBS? That would be a good time to bring this up. When you have an audience of millions.

Damnit krakr, what the hell is wrong with you!

A reporters job is to report facts only.  Not add comentary.  Then it wouldn't be reporting, it'd be CNN.

So your saying there are no facts backing up what walter says? Then why did he send out the letter? Because he SUSPECTS that the gov't is infringing on our civil liberties? Or maybe back when he worked for CBS he was just being a good little shill like he was being paid to. Now noone is paying him.
