Yes, that is true. But let us also not forget this. The jews are "God's chosen people". So even the bad ones are EXACTLY the way "God" wants them. He made them, right? He don't make mistakes, right? He's all knowing, right? He's got no excuses left. They are EXACTLY the way "God" wants them. Good OR BAD.
