The difference in pay scale is just the economy - by all means go on up and take that job for $17 per hour.  You'll be in the union (just so you know TX is a right to work state and IL is a union state) and you'll pay state income tax, and you'll contribute to the welfare state that IL is.  I doubt you (or Pfuck) will run up there for that great $17 per hour job. 

The truth is neither of you want that job.  But many Illegals do.  I'm not saying I want the entire country of Mexico to migrate here, but a few immagrants are good for our economy.  I just think immagrants should be treated a little better if they are only trying to find work and not breaking major laws.  Currently some familes that are found to be illeagal are seperated and put in detention centers (jail).  Including the kids.  The kids you assholes are put in jail until they can be processed.  is that really what we want to do with immagrants that are mearly desperate to find work?  Put the shoe on your foot - with no future in Mexico you'd cross the river too.

Hey I get you It doesn't bother me if they want to work the kitchens and shit jobs that I don't want or if they are qualified let them get better jobs and make a decent living. The only real problem I have is our state making it easier for them to not learn our language and adapt to our county. Why should we need spanish signs at our DPS or Airports? There are children that go to my daughters school who do not speak any english and they were born here. There is a guy on my street named Jose and him and his wife have been in America for around 10 years and his wife can't even converse with me at all. I have no problem with them comming over here to earn a living but for fucks sake learn the fucking language. I mean when I was t boned in my car in Dallas that night, the bitch that hit me was an Illegal who couldn't speak a lick of English and guess what? No mother fucking insurance either....It pisses me off to no end them not adapting to our society. If I move to Mexico then I will learn spanish, if I move to France I will learn French, Germany than German, and so on.... You move to another country you would think it would be a priority to learn the language so you could intergrate yourself and make it alittle easier but how can we expect them to do this when we have our state mking it easy and putting Spanish signs in public areas. Whats next all spanish classes for Mexican children?.... Oh wait they already got that....Aw fuck....

I totally agree, they need to learn the language.  Having signs though is no big damn deal.  And what's wrong with learning a second language?  Boarder towns are certainly challenged - but consider other countries, so many share the same problem and they many hate immagrants.  It's just small thinking.  We should be bigger than that.

I didn't have uninsured motorists on my insurance policy back then but I sure do now.

I don't have a problem with my daughter learning Spanish, especially in this state with it's current population. It just irritates me I guess because of all the non english speaking Mexicans. If I didn't deal with Maids on a daily basis at my job who cannot even speak to me to tell me of a problem with a room because of the language barrier, it probably wouldn't bother me so much, But I'll be fucking damed if I am going to learn spanish so I can talk to them. They live here and work here.... learn the fucking language.. I am most definatly swayed by my daily dealings with it an that is why it irritates me to such a degree that it does...

I'll admit those girls are some of the hardest working employees here, but they don't get that bad of wages for their job. This is a corporate owned hotel and they make competetive wages. They get thanks all the time from Management for the performance of their duties, more so than I would say I get... I can't count how many times they have come up to me and slid a piece of paper to me with a room number and try and communicate the problem to me. Then it becomes a bunch of head shaking and I don't knows until we finally figure it out which could take forever.  I don't have a problem with signs in a tourist location or even the airports actually, but we do not need them at the DPS office.... Like I said I don't have a problem with them being here but I am all to tired of them getting all in an uproar about their rights in America and they can't even speak English....

As for the Spanish language I am referring to, isn't what the Spanish speak but the derivative that Mexicans speak. They are both considered Spanish though with the differences it really should be called Mexican now.

Well of course we do. And we also expect to be able to go to Iraq and Iran and kick the shit out of them and take their oil. That don't make it right. But I digress. If I was going somewhere for vacation, I would have some way of communication in the native language. Especially if I was staying there for any period of time. But I aint no greasy mexican that wants to come here because he aint worth more than about $ .50 per day. And we have to pay him minimum  wage. Which is what now? Above $7 per hour right?

I think it's still $5.60 an hour... I got a part time job to earn extra money with Pizza Inn delivering pizzas for awhile and that was what he hired me for. The guy was cheap so I'm sure he woulda hired me for less if possible.
